And do they truly take care of the consequences associated with identity theft, should it occur?

It’s an insurance policy > & like all insurance policies there are limitations to what they’ll cover.

I’ve never considered getting one >maybe I should? But then, how many people have you known that have had id theft occur?

I remember someone used my credit card fraudulently for an internet purchase. I just called my card provider & all charges were removed.

I’ve notice too when you fill your car up with petrol now, they’re asking for your zip code when using a credit card.

Some identity theft protections not only help prevent it and catch it before any major damage can be done. But if you do become a victim they do all of the time consuming restoration work for you if you do become a victim. SOLUS identity theft protection is one of the better ones. They monitor your credit and do all the restoration work on your behalf. The website is http://www.solusid.com
