I just googled this number and hundreds of complaints have been issued on the internet. A woman leaves a message from KCCS (I think) 886 776 4271. Telling you to call 800 319 4934 Ext 1250. Hundreds of complaints are on the internet about these guys they feel they will be charged hundreds of dollars for the call. They said the phone number will do nothing. phones are also on the NO CALL list so much for government help.
