Incorrect driver’s license number, birthdate, eye color, height, weight. Can it be thrown out?

I got a red light camera ticket however it had an incorrect driver’s license number, birthdate, eye color, height, weight. Also the picture on my ticket and website is a picture of my profile with glasses on so you can’t even tell for sure it is me driving the car. Do I have a good chance of fighting this and if yes, what is the best way I go about it?

Additional Details
the even weirder thing about this is that when i entered the person license that got my ticket. it was someone’s name who had the same first name as me, her middle name is MY last name, and her last name is an asian last name. however i am asian and the person wrote blue eyes on her license. (along with HER height and weight being different from mines?) could i be a victim of identity theft possibly? or is this some clerical error made by admin in the gov?
When I look up my OWN driver’s license on sanmateocourt.gov, there are no records of me ever receiving a ticket. Can I just forget about all this or will they eventually find me?
This IS supposed to be my ticket. However I dont know if it legally really is? Any lawyers or law enforcement can please comment on this it would be greatly appreciated. To further complicated this situation I have to worry about identity theft.
Oh and to clarify. this was a RIGHT TURN RED LIGHT photo.

Go to the police immediately and inform of the matter. You won’t have to pay it if it’s not your ticket. Sounds like a clerical error to me.

Oh You have it in the bag .. That is why people are fighting these .. proof is on the the prosecution you do not have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt .. all you have to do is prove it is not you by giving your Drivers license & registration to your vehicle they will see it was not you & also not your vehicle ( Right?) so you should win the case showing up & facing the officer who gave the ticket & giving your non guilty plea*
