That is why people are fighting these .. proof is on the the prosecution you do not have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt .. all you have to do is prove it is not you by giving your Drivers license & registration to your vehicle they will see it was not you & also not your vehicle ( Right?) so you should win the case showing up & facing the officer who gave the ticket & giving your non guilty plea* Oh You have it in the bag ..
