It’s one of those things..either you deal with th etroubleshooting yourself or you pay dearly for tech support.

Definitely a timely solution to a serious problem! When your computer goes down because of a virus it really is a helpless feeling…I know first hand! I just had to have my hard drive wiped clean due to a virus…the only thing that I saved was my RoboForm directory…bummer!
I hear so much frustration from associates who are having computer viruses and challenges. Great topic. Computer support and safety.
