Its not like anybody can perform Identity theft with the president of the United States of America .
BTW:
A citizen has 2 american parents according to Bouviers Law dictionary 1856 editition and I do belive his father is a citizen from Kenya

How long does it usually take State’s attorney to make a decison?

The detective from my local police department just brought my identity theft case to the state’s attorney. Now how long usually does it take for them to make a decision? This decision being if they will issue a warrant for the person’s arrest. I live in joliet, IL….not really a BIG…town.
