I won’t name the school but according to the FASFA I took out a stafford loan and signed a promissory note online, I never received any money and according to the fasfa it was before I was even enrolled at said school, i’m no longer enrolled there and I’ve contacted the police multiple times but in the end they said there was nothing they could do and tried to convince me I made a mistake but I think I would know if I received 7000+ dollars to my account. I’ve been told I should seek an attorney and that I have a case since I never actually signed anything and that the FASFA lists the date the money was disbursed months before I was actually enrolled in the school.
