Thomas P. Zugibe, Rockland County District Attorney discusses fraud directed at homeowners in foreclosure. Mr. Zugibe was the opening panelist for the Workshop because he made it clear that all the information that would follow could be trusted. There was nothing at this event that homeowners should be distrustful of.
